Robust steel beams made from hot-rolled steel profiles that are far superior to any sheet metal construction. Each shelf is a quality product that will last for many years. Only solid-walled IPE / UNP steel profiles are used for superior, long-lasting load-bearing capacity and the shelves are built in such a way that damage is unlikely from the outset:
The ideal storage system for goods of different dimensions and loads – individually manufactured solutions – for indoor and outdoor use.
Cantilever racks are designed for storing long and bulky goods. However, their possibilities are so versatile that they can accommodate almost any item.

Various accessories are available for the extended configuration of your shelving unit. These can be added later or included with the order. These include gratings, bridges, roof, wall, etc.

The robust PR3 pallet racks are ideal for storing heavy or bulky goods, as they are made from solid-walled, hot-rolled UNP steel profiles. The rack heights are adjusted to match the hall height so that the available space can be fully utilized. The crossbeams made from hot-rolled IPE profiles are height-adjustable in 50 mm increments and can be installed according to the dimensions of the goods being stored.

Cold-rolled profiles: The sheets wound into coils (usually weighing 25 t and 2 m wide; are "split" into suitable widths. Then these sheets are punched and formed into the column profile ("profiled")).
Hot-rolled profiles: The glowing steel is rolled into the desired shape - such as a double T or U profile. These profiles are then perforated. Cold-rolled profiles for pallet racks are usually formed from 1 to 2.5 mm thick sheets. This achieves relatively high rigidity with little material used. The weight of the support is then around 3 to 6 kg/m. Hot-rolled profiles, on the other hand, weigh 8.9 kg/m (U 80), 10.9 kg/m (U 100), 13.7 kg/m (U 120). The material used is relatively high, but the costs for splitting and profiling are saved.
The stiffness of the cold-rolled support is achieved through its edges and beads. If you fold paper, for example, it can bear surprisingly high loads. However, if you bend an edge, the stiffness or load-bearing capacity is lost. The cold-rolled profile is therefore very susceptible to impacts. If the storage and retrieval equipment (forklifts, machines) is guided along tracks so that they cannot touch the supports, the globally proven cold-rolled profile is ideal, provided it can bear the loads.
With hot-rolled profiles (shelf supports and beams) the material used and thus the resistance is much higher. This makes this profile suitable for hard and robust warehouse operations. It is therefore mainly preferred by building material dealers, for example. While with cold-rolled support profiles, U-profiles are often screwed in front of the support profiles as "support protection", the support of the hot-rolled profile already consists of a more robust profile than the support protection.
