Advantages of roll-out shelves
- Space saving: storage is carried out directly with the hall crane, which means that wide aisles for forklifts, stacking cranes, etc. are superfluous. Overlengths: storage of long goods up to 120 meters and more is possible. Safety: the entire roll-out compartment is free for direct loading or removal, no "pushing in" or "pulling out" from the floors. Time saving: the hall crane can be used to load shelves and load or unload transport vehicles without repacking. Fast: direct access is available at all times. Work-friendly: one person can usually operate the system. Space-saving: wide aisles for forklifts or industrial trucks can also be omitted at the front, as long goods handling is optimally carried out by the hall crane.

How it works
The roll-out shelf load arms are extended with a crank via rotating spindles. Rolling out is controlled and is limited by the shelf arm depth. The spindle shaft and crank revolutions have a gear ratio of 2.36:1. With a full load of 5,000 kg, the initial revolution may require a crank force of around 15 kg, after which only light force is required.

For greater ergonomics, comfort and protection for your employees, we offer electric pull-out of the shelves. The electric drive offers a significant saving in effort for frequently accessed items and makes it easier to roll out the individual levels. Since it cannot be retrofitted, please specify this when ordering.

How it works
The extendable tier load arms are extended in a controlled manner by hand. The cross-knurled drive shaft, with its non-slip outer surface, enables controlled rolling in and out movements of the push arm, both empty and under load. Each shelf unit consists of at least two support frames and longitudinal connectors.

How it works
The ball-bearing cassettes are pulled out on the guide rails of the open doors. Storage and retrieval is done by hand or by crane. Also available with pull-out on both sides as an option.
