Gratings
Flexible and secure storage
Gratings are used as covers for platforms, pallet racks, cantilever racks, stairs, platforms, steps and other openings. They usually consist of supporting and cross bars and an edge edging.
Press gratings
Gratings consist of support bars and filler bars made of flat steel. The distribution bars are pressed into the pre-slotted support bars under high pressure. The high pressure and the slotted design of the support bars guarantee a solid, torsion-free grating structure.
Hot-dip galvanizing
Steel gratings are hot-dip galvanized in a full bath. Hot-dip galvanizing means alloying the surface of steel after appropriate pretreatment by dipping it into a liquid zinc melt and then coating it with zinc. The zinc coating forms an alloy with the steel. It is inseparably bonded to the steel.

Optimized shelves for lower loads
These shelves are customized to the requirements of each project. You will receive the exact dimensions and load capacity values you need. Practical tests are also carried out on each new range to ensure that our calculations are correct. The load capacity is then printed on the underside of each shelf along with the CE marking - it couldn't be safer and more practical.
Product description Grid floors
The production process of these wire mesh floors is certified according to EN 1090-1 and CE marked. The basis for the load calculation is ANSI MH26.2-2017. The wire mesh floors are provided with a unique ID marking, including the respective maximum load weight and CE mark.

To protect against falling objects
According to the DGUV 108-007 guidelines, shelves must be secured with rear wall grids to prevent stored goods from falling. The rear wall grid therefore ensures that your stored goods are held securely and protects your employees from accidents at work.
The elements can be attached to the back of shelves or fixed to the floor and serve as a safety fence.
