Telescopic slide system

Pallets are placed on sleds with wheels

  • Learn more

The telescopic carriage system is a versatile storage system in which pallets are placed on robust carriages with wheels. This system makes it possible to store a wide variety of load carriers, including those that cannot be used on roller conveyors.

  • Execution as

OF (open slides, up to 9 pallets deep) and CF (closed slides, up to 5 pallets deep) available Compatible with all common shelving systems Can be retrofitted into existing drive-in and shuttle shelving systems LIFO compatible with Euro pallets, CHEP pallets, Australian and Asian pallets, and many other low-quality load carriers Pallet weights: 20 to 1,500 kg Optimized safety > no forklift movements in the rack required Slides and guide rails were examined and dimensioned using the FEM method

Efficient handling – 30% faster than drive-in racking systemsUp to 70% space saving compared to conventional pallet rackingEach carriage runs on its own railHigh process reliabilityEasy to operate

Inclined roller conveyor

Floor-level FiFo system for pallets and other load carriers in high-load areas

Incline roller conveyors (GRC) are high-performance, floor-level conveyor systems that use gravity to drive pallets and work according to the first in - first out (FiFo) principle. There are no motors that move the pallets; instead, gravity takes over this function. Incline roller conveyors are suitable for heavy-duty applications with high pallet throughput, such as for tour preparation in the shipping area.

  • Functional description:

Sloping roller conveyors are loaded with pallets on the input side using automatic storage and retrieval systems (SRS) such as transfer carriages, electric overhead conveyors or storage and retrieval machines. Due to the slope of the conveyors, the pallets run from the loading area to the

Pallet insertion system

LiFo system for pallets and other load carriers

The pallet push-in rack system is a very compact rack system for pallets and other large load carriers. Storage is carried out according to the LiFo principle (last in, first out). The PPS consists of a pallet rack adapted for this purpose with built-in gradient roller conveyors. These usually have a gradient of around 4%.

The pallets are placed on the front pallet position using a suitable industrial truck, and the pallets already in this channel are pushed one position back into the channel against the gradient by the easily running support rollers. The thrust required for this is generated by the storage device.

When the frontmost pallet is removed, the remaining pallets move back one space by gravity and are thus ready for the next retrieval process.

Pallet flow system

FiFo system for pallets and other load carriers

The pallet flow rack system is a very compact rack system for pallets and other large load carriers. Storage is carried out according to the FIFO principle (first in, first out). The FXS Dynamics PFS consists of a pallet rack adapted for this purpose with gradient roller conveyors built into it. These usually have a gradient of around 4%. The pallets are placed with a suitable industrial truck on the rearmost pallet storage location, directly on the storage side. From there, the pallet runs with the gradient of the track either to the removal location, or until it has reached other pallets already in the channel.

Here the pallet is gently braked. When the front pallet is removed, the remaining pallets move one storage space behind them under gravity and are thus ready for the next retrieval process. A pallet separator between the front and second storage spaces ensures that the pallets are removed without any accumulation of pressure.

Carton flow system

LiFo or FiFo system for small parts load carriers, cardboard boxes and small containers

The CFS (Carton Flow System) is a versatile flow rack system for storing cartons, plastic containers, KLT and other small load carriers. The containers move by gravity on roller tracks in dedicated channels from the storage side to the removal side.

Mobile racking / mobile systems

Space-saving and mobile

  • Learn more

If the space in a warehouse is no longer sufficient and an extension or expansion is not possible, mobile shelving is the best solution. Your shelves become mobile and movable:

  • Which types of shelves can be used for mobile shelves?

Depending on the requirements and the goods to be stored, almost all types of shelving, such as cantilever racks or pallet racks, can be converted into mobile racks. Cantilever racks are the best option for the compact storage of long goods, while the classic pallet rack is suitable for the storage of palletized goods.

  • Where are mobile shelving used?

    Wo werden Verschieberegale eingesetzt?

  • Cantilever racks as mobile racks

Cantilever racks on mobile trolleys enable the most efficient use of space in your warehouse. Depending on the design selected, the storage capacity can be increased by up to 100%. Mobile systems are ideal for bulky goods that are not accessed very often. The racks are mounted on mobile trolleys that can be up to 70 meters long. These can be moved apart manually or by radio remote control so that the desired aisle opens.

  • Shelves – movable on trolleys

The carriages for the mobile shelves run on rails that were previously installed in the hall floor. It is also possible to subsequently install rails and carriages for your existing cantilever racks in existing storage rooms. In the evening, the shelves on the carriages are positioned in a night position that makes unwanted access with forklifts impossible. Reliable safety and proven standards are just as important for the shelves with a mobile system. The cantilever racks on carriages comply with the regulations in accordance with the BGR 234 guideline of the professional association and the CE standards.

  • Pallet racks on transfer carriages

Movable pallet racks are dynamic shelving systems and are suitable for palletized goods that need to be stored compactly on a small footprint. In this storage system, the robust pallet racks are mounted on torsion-resistant mobile carriages. The entire row of shelves is moved as a single shelving unit using electronic or manual controls. The mobile carriages run on rails that can be installed in new buildings or in existing floors. This means that only one service aisle is required for each shelf block of the pallet rack. This leads to a high level of space utilization, since only the aisle from which the goods are stored in or removed from the shelf is open.

  • Shelving - optimal use of space through mobile trolleys

The mobile racks move quietly and move seamlessly into one another. Outside of operating hours, the rack system can be switched to "night mode". The individual rows of the pallet rack are then opened at regular intervals so that no one can drive into a single rack aisle. The mobile racks also offer reliable protection against theft.
